New to Honey Select need help

i dunno if its the latest version...
ive noticed that theres an update called Party Dlc and game cards
can anyone help me how to get Party dlc or is my game have one already?
and how do i use the illusion game cards?

i have no plans for modding or using them unless needed. just want the Party Dlc and be able to use new game cards .
