hi! sorry im new here. i made a mistake and elimnated my post of a creation of mine. i tried to reupload but it keeps telling me that the image already exists. i tried to find it and nothing. do i have to upload the card again with a different angle or pose for it to work?

You're going to have to upload a different image. When a post is deleted, the hash (the ID in a way) for that image is stored in the site's database in the table for deleted images, thereby stopping anybody from re-uploading that same image. You could just change a single pixel and upload it without any problems, but, depending on what application you use to do this, you might delete the metadata block from the image, thereby making it useless since the game couldn't load it.
The best method would be as you said, save the character again from a different angle, or with a different background/frame
