I believe upvoting and downvoting should only be allowed by members,
Of the many reasons why this is a good idea;

VPN cheating can be done by non members (and not by logged in members)
i had someone not like my character so they mass minus'd it.

Only members can vote now. That should help a little bit, but not by much.

Unfortunately there's nothing really stopping someone from making multiple accounts and downvoting...speaking from prior experience with running one of these boorus.

Why do you guys care so much for downvotes? Does it really makes a card dissapear from the posts because of high negative score? I don't think so, as far as i know, downvotes are just "aesthetics". Of course it is cool to enter the site and see some upvotes in your creation, but, again, votes are nothing, really. If you start a fight for it you are, in the end, just feeding the so called trolls. And you start a fight against yourself, if you think about.
Just let it be and care for comments, because when someone really likes what you did, the person writes something. I don't do this but would like to lol
I've seen this a long time now, always someone goes and downvotes some cards, people get mad with it.
You even found a "solution", getting the "trolled" votes back, so why waste your time with it?
