You can try asking for help in the discord channel. If I'm on I'll try to help debug it as well.
Personally I'm aware of people sometimes having a white face issue for all characters, but not of it happening for a specific one.

In the menu facial type part white, part transparent. In some models, the sliders do not allow you to select the required parameters. A bunch of oddities. I download a clean client and test it on it.
