I think you should note that the mods for the helmet had an ID fix on zeaska patreon as well. If you don't get it then nothing works here.

Also important - Remember to run More_Slot_ID patch after installation of all Zeaska mods. Otherwise 9 digit ID's will not work and the clothing will not load.

The helmet is made using Mr.BBB's accessory pack by zeaska. If you can't get it from patreon, get it from the pastebin packages. Don't forget to update the Slot ID's with zeaskas fix after getting it.
