Just usual B-Type 1. You might be lacking wideslider mod perhaps.
Body and face skin are from 4k mod too (not that LRE stuff, just normal 4k).
There are plenty other makeup stuff I downloaded earlier but it's hard to track them down
So you probably need anything with "face-makeup-eyeleash-eyeshadow" tagged from pastebin. Good luck.

Shit, I forgot the most essential face stuff to tell. You need; "[HS] Pai Chan DoA Character Mod - Roy12 Mods" for the eyes.
I couldn't find any bigger eye iris without making outline also getting weird.

I downloaded the Pai Chan Iris. They still look the same.

I do have the wideslider mod.

imo it's not about eye shape but only the makeup and lightning. Are you using some ligth mod too? I don't use anything since I dislike LRE
