I took 48 hours to create this card. Please understand my efforts. Do not put this card here.

Forbidden by who? I checked the booru terms of service, and the only thing they forbid outside illegal depictions is anything eliciting anything illegal suggestively or similar. Other than that, they forbid distribution of watermarked images. They do reserve the right to suspend, ban, and refuse service at their sole discretion, but I believe you will have to contact admins directly. As the original artist, you may state a case argument, but do not rely on others to respect your wishes. They are not culturally similar to your society and it is impractical to hunt down every person who redistributes your material outside of hongfire or anime sharing. Consider your options.

I do not think she resembles gwen stacy, and when I created her for the first time, I used the inspiration that came to my head anyway, anyway, I think it's your freedom to call her.
I can not force redistribution of the cards, but I would be grateful if you could implement the redistribution ban.

As far as I know, international copyright laws are not applicable (not like he created a 3d model). Once something is out on the net, good luck trying to suppress it from circulation. If you don't want things like this to happen, just don't ever upload it.

Ya, why not just do the right thing and respect your cyber-brother's wishes.. Setting a positive example can be highly 'practical.' - 'Jus'Sayin.

Most of us are on the same team. The problem with not respecting a creator's wish will eventually lead to that creator to stop creating. If you want more content, respect the one who made it. The creator would like some financial compensation in the form of likes on his youtube video. Just let this be a lesson that by uploading something on the internet, you also allow anyone to redistribute it and are powerless to stop it. We all want the creator to create more, so let's give him what he wants. Agreed?

The biggest problem is that the creator thinks they're a special snowflake.

Their opinions and demands can be disregarded. They own nothing. They cannot file a copyright claim because it's Illusion who owns the rights, not them.
It's a community effort. One community wants to keep everything private, the other larger community doesn't give a fuck.

I'm with the community that doesn't give a fuck. If creators want to be a special snowflake, they can keep their snow off our roads and go freeze up in a lake while the larger community at hand comes together to build a giant snowman with a giant snowdick plowing a giant snowwoman.
