Please help me. I just installed one of the mod packs from pastbin and now just about everything looks like this. Any ideas on what to do?

It is likely one of the lighting mods. Altering of the specular rendering in the game will cause skin tones to be off. My money is on the "Linear Rendering Experiment" mod and/or the "Image Based Lighting" mod.

It's also causing EVERY character I've downloaded to load incorrectly, with different accessories, cloths, etc.

mod is most likely not updated and conflicts with latest patch. just deinstall the mod and everything should look normal

Did you by chance install a mod called Nyaacho's LRE Skins?

Happened to me three times. Various mods and the LRE wasn't one of them. There's going to be some confliction and this is won't be the last time. What you do is backup your data with previous mods from a month ago and delete the latest ones. Then reinstall HS and add the mods back in. From there, you're going to re-download each mod one-by-one to see where the confliction is. I did this and reinstalled every mod right back and avoided this issue. I don't think it's a specific mod, I believe it's just a glitch when piling them up.

Alright, looks like that's the way it's going to have to be. Thanks for the advice.

Alright, I've got the backup copying over as we speak.
