It would seem that the straps are HS_suspenders in the pastebin however the underwear part floats above and to the right of the girls head.

PSA: The default faces on elbowlick's cards are already quite good, ofc, but fyi, in my opinion they often look even better if you change the 'Face Type' to Type A variation 1 or 3. You might want to lower the eyebrow height after doing so, but other than that no other edits are needed and it's still a really good looking face-morph with better looking lips and nose than the standard Type A faces on character-cards.
