Thanks to the help of a modder ''Darkmods'' from Discord channel, I was able to resolve the problems I had before when I tried to recreate her.
(well... apart from brighter hair :| zzz)

Not even close, neptunia has too anime artstyle that doesn't work with HS
there are mods for neps for CM3D2 that look great
