Here is a more costume accurate update on the original card by Votest:

The really cool thing about the chest armor is I attached the accessories to the breasts instead of the chest so now the chest armor will actually move with the breasts. Although some accessories will clip the clipping isn't actually too bad, if it is just tweak the pieces yourself.
Another benefit to it is now the chest armor "scales" with the breasts from size 50-90 anything out of that range and major ugly clipping begins.
A negative to this is you can't really change the breast physics or the accessories attached to the breasts won't line up with the chest accessories.

My apologies but I don't remember where I got the mini wings on her crown and mech parts for her chest armor. If someone could help with the mech part mod link that would be great! Currently looking for it again but can't find it...
