Hair back: Coiffure 21 from Snooley's Coiffure pack
Others are all official DLC items I think.

There's another kimono item by Yashiro Amamiya looks more like her in-game outfit, but that one does not include half-undressed function so I choose to use this mourning dress item instead. Close enough I think.
Anyway, enjoy~
