Everything but boots and hair are base game with updated dlc. Just install the new updates and dlc and they'll be there. Boots are from new pastebin, just install every heels mode on there you see, it's probably called "3 Heels Pack". Hair is made of coiffure hair pack and hair extensions from honeymod.blog.jp.

Hood is just a hat, positioned upside down and resized larger. http://pastebin.com/Z9kkjDjT try this one, it's the one with most variety.
