In case anyone has trouble (since I did for a while).
When I used "installed" Flashbang (which contains the entire game), I used it as the base and copied the files from my old Koikatu folder into the Flashbang folder and DID NOT overwrite any files that were the same.
Afterwards I renamed my old "Koikatu" folder into "Koikatu-old" (or whatever you want) and renamed the "Flashbang" folder to "Koikatu" (Use the registry fixer provided if any problems arise though I didn't need to).
After I tried it out a bit and nothing seemed out of the ordinary I deleted my "Koikatu-old" folder and everything seems alright.

You might need to tweak some accessories here and there though.

REMEMBER:
Keep back-ups of mods, userdata, abdata, and the BepinEx folder just in case something messes up (you can probably delete them if you feel everything is in order).
