This character uses several mods, including the whole Sideloader Modpack (recommended just to be safe.) Also I made this using character proportions ranging from -300 to 300 (in case the character doesn't import correctly go into the BepinEx directory and change the config's min and max values.)

I have the sideloader and the sliderunlocker but i cant find the config file, also what other mods did this use, im missing the ears and the hair extensions

Ears should be from a basic geometry mod.
For the hair are you referring to the bits of hair around the body or the head itself? Most of this came from flashbangz's pre-pak of the game so there's a lot of mods I don't know the exact names of, sorry.
