Cant seem to load the proper clothes even tho i supposedly have the mods. What mods are used here?

I recently downloaded the hongfire patch (v1.9) and I think it removed all my previous mods, so just all the mods from that I guess. If you don't want to download that, you can just check out the list of mods the patch includes in the forum post for it:
