You'll need some hair mods for this, aside from additional bone modifier, wide slider, advanced ik (HS Studio Addon Plugin). Hair and clothing mods are taken from the mega mod list in pastebin.com/Z9kkjDjT

I recommend you to install all of the recommended plugins that are in the same link, as well as the latest Joan6694's plugins.

You must already have it if it's working for you. Press Ctrl + I in Studio Neo and it's in one of the options :)
