Mizuki Tachibana, heavily inspired by Jyubei's Diva Mizuki. Her secondary outfits are based off his flash games.

I tried my best to recreate Jyubei's Mizuki without the giant mounds and cartoon features, but she still kinda looks anime-y. Oh well. Diva Mizuki was the shizznit for me back then.
