Using Mods from the Better Repack

This time, no base. I just adjusted from the default. Honestly, pretty proud of this one. I had to mess with her face overlay, and just make sure her outfit fits with how she looks. Her head thing kinda looks wrong, but I tried my best. Might come back to this whenever I feel like it.
