Yunru is a super-scientist support hero from Mental Omega, a mod for Red Alert 2.
She winds up founding and leading the fourth faction introduced in the mod.
In game she's represented by some absolutely tiny sprites and a 60x48 sidebar icon, so her design here is based mostly on fanart.
