I don't really want Koitaku. I'm not really a fan of its style. It looks like a step back from HS for me and I hear it also runs worse, somehow.

Eh fair enough to each their own. I'm not that great making characters myself and kinda meh coordinate cards which is why I always come to this booru hopefully the bot will get nuked somehow. Either way big fan of your work!

If the bot comes back and does a round 3 of spam I think I'll try to get people migrated to my Booru I made months ago.

At least it stopped for now. I have a suspicion it will just keep doing it though. Its already started posting again on some of my cards, so i doubt it will stop.

Would be cool if the staff could just give admin rights to someone here so they can actively stop this shit. I think they can do that. Make sure you tell them the admins are gone and have been for likely half a year or more.

If there is anyone willing to help moderate the booru they are free to contact [email protected] about it. For starters I have disabled Anon uploading and commenting. I will work on clearing out the comments, but please do try to have someone appointed a moderator position (or we can even move the booru ownership over if the original owner is no longer active on the site). If you wish to proceed with this, or you know a user willing to moderate the booru going forward please email [email protected] with the relevant information and we can continue the conversation there.

Well I've run a Booru before so I know how it works, and I'm going to ask several people from the Discord (that I know personally) if they'd want to be moderators. We need an entire staff for this site, as big as it is, and as many issues as we have with trolls.

Its good to know that he disabled anonymous uploading and commenting, that has been the source of 90% of trouble on this site.

Spambots are becoming a regular thing on Booru.org it seems. At least with an account you can IP ban it. When / if I get the rights to this place I can at least hire enough staff to help keep it at bay.

Nah its just people stirring shit. They want this place to remain unmoderated.

Its why I'm going to get a whole slew of moderator staff of my own because there will no doubt be "Retaliation" once the changes are in effect.

Its actually not that hard, Booru.org staff does all the background stuff. It will basically just be like an average user but with a few more options for taking care of various problems like spamming, trolling, etc.
