Talking about stuff like studio invisible, skin tex, shortcuts and high heels. For some reason, I just booted up the game at some point and none of them were working, is there any common cause for this? A link to some hongfire/honey select discord where I might have more luck would also be appreciated.

Just had to drag the executables onto IPA to patch them and everything started working right again.
