Okay, I finally found out. Have to download GGMod plugin, which you can then enable the texture when you're in-game.
Press 'J' and there should be an icon that appears over Midna. Select that icon and there should be a box that appears that includes Midna's custom texture and you should be good to go.

I've got everything working except the skin texture, She just shows up as having gray skin. Not sure if I need to add anything other than what has already been said.

You may need to update Skintex
Also you can press "J" and manually select it in Studio, if it doesnt work in the main game, aka creator, you will need to update Skintex and I also think get IPA and patch your main game's exe.
Its just easier to do it in Studio though

How do I make it so Midna and other small girls can actually reach the dick?
None of them fit properly, is there a mod for it? also how can I change the dick's size and how to add boys to the game.
