If you mean the lines it's part of the new DLC. You have to set a new type of skin and skin definition that work in tandem.
It heavily alters the body skin color though so I'd recommend using a heavy blush the covers the entire face or they'll missmatch.

have u use HS Slot_ID to arrange mods ID since dlc 2 file most likely will have conflict with other mods.
