I have all mods installed, but some characters face is white. May I ask what is the reason behind this?

If it's not working then you probably dont have 1.20 game version, i dont know any other possible reasons.
Not sure about face, probably skin related issue. Make sure you have 4k graphic patch.

4k tex have incapability issue with 0630dlc, it might be the reason why it have the white face eventhough u have 1.20 game ver.
i clean install my game yesterday without 0630dlc, missing some official outfit but 4k tex work 100% again and when i load this card, it work fine on me

No, 0630 is the patch that came after the party dlc, and it's mostly to do with studio neo.
