You can change it in the normal game too. Its just clothing, basically.

I tried using the dongs in the main game but I gave up after 6 tests all ended with me being annoyed at my guy having 2 dicks.

Correction - the mod is in the pastebin as part of HSStudioInvisible_4.2.zip.
Was looking (ctrl+F) for the words "accessory" and "ring" so I wasn't finding it.
