wideslider, 4kskin, Get supa-wig/hair, Sims Hair, roy12 helena costumes,
Idk about swimsuit but many people have it so someone might help later.
foolboy accessroies, mayar shoes maybe, I'm not sure about shoes at all. H_S sleeve, and maybe some S_K stuff.
Be up to date and good to go.

That thigh thing is from Zeaska pack I suppose.
You should search sims hair by "HS_Sims_Hair_v4.0"
I think she had no particular mod makeup.
