Welp, This is the closest I got to create her..
Everyones favorite ...''lovely'' Blanny-Blanny-Bii who has the power of Anger Inducing Chest-complex from Cyberdimension Neptunia.
Hope she meets your requirements, BigCirno.
1. Tried to work a bit more on face (emphasis on ''tried'').
2. For some reason, I sometimes have a problem rotating items, I hope it isnt too messy :/
3. Had to improvise few details, there is only so much editor can do, ... or I still suck at creating characters.

- 4K_Skin_Diffuse_Initial_Pack (All-In-One)

I even quickly went to edit card to remove ''tagme'' so i can finish writing post :/

There are these 2 perfect clothing pieces for Black Heart that cant be colored where I need them to :/
So I either figure out how to edit clothing in Unity, or try to improvise with different clothing :|
