Dissapointed by the lack of her on this site, I present to you Alisa Southerncross! Actually pretty happy with how she came out! I've never seen Keroro myself but I really like her design!
Here are the known mods, if you're missing something, let me know and I'll try and find it!

Snooleys Coiffure hair pack
Saks various swimsuits
Aardvarks various clothing
I think the swimswuit part requires some kinda armor mod, I might be wrong, it might just be included in the base game.
