I used the 4K_Skin_Diffuse_Initial_Pack (All-In-One)
but without the 4K folder(adata) with the preset_0 setting. I forgot to mention, your issue might be with linear rendering experiment by the look of the lip.


A warning IF anyone planning to download 4K_Skin_Diffuse_Initial_Pack (All-In-One).

It MAY cause conflicts in your mods.
Only use it if you wouldn't mind fixing the conflicts using HD_SlotID and have extra times to spare depend how many are conflicted.

Yep somehow fixed it, had the mod already installed but it somehow didn't apply the skins properly
