There are two outfits, the normal one with the jacket and a skimpier one with the leather gloves and no jacket. I wanted to get the jacket and gloves on the same set but they occupy the same slot.
In the studio you can get around this by copying the character over itself and switching the copy to outfit 3, which is just the gloves, boots (so it stands at the same height) and the invis accessory. If the animations or poses are identical the floating gloves will fit over the visible character so it can have them with the jacket.

hey, do you know where i could do for Zeaska HS top07? when i download the file it tells me that the files are corrupted.

I just tried it and the links in the forum post I copied still work for me, so I'm not sure how to fix that. That Baidu site can be a pain in general. I linked to a particular post in the thread, so make sure you're seeing this when you copy the forum url I gave;

The outfit is also contained in "[Zeaska] Clothing & Accessorey_Mod_Package_01" in the pastebin, but it's part of a 150mb package. It's a pain in the ass to download all that just for one thing, but it's the only other source I know of. Here's the pastebin link to the Zeaska packs.

You want Mod Package 1. It downloads into a bunch of individual folders. [Zeaska] HS_Top07 is the one.
I'd try the original link a few more times, but if it stays messed up you can get it through the big collection.

Oh, the first skirt is from the official DLCs. It should be DLC #01. I thought the skirt on the second outfit was from Party DLC but it's not. It's a mod from Cur144 here. My bad.

Me above ^^^ I mean the belt around her waist and the open top is it just stripped right? It's not supposed to be like that all the time right?

Yeah, the open top is the top piece set to half stripped. By default it'll be fully on so it wont appear like that when you load it, the half-off is just the intended look.
The belt is an accessory in the [Sena] Police_Female & Male_Clothing mod linked above.
