Its very hard to describe, just use google translate. You get virtual currency (bottles? I think) by commenting on post, but don't post the same text every time or you will get blacklisted, and then you can unlock the download link by using those bottles. Just use google translate (built in for chrome?) to look for the comment and unlock option.
