Those ears are actually not from Elins ears. I don't know where else they are from though sorry

Turns out you are absolutely right. However for some reason I can't change the ids for them. When I try to manually change them through HS_SlotID they change in the program, but the conflict remains and when I search for conflicts it's still the unchanged id. Wth?

At this point you might be better off selecting the ears manually and re-saving the card
