I have an habit replicating private characters from screenshots. I use whatever in disposal. It's a really simple and fun process since actual card owners are getting pissed off at to this degree. I didn't even know her given name until you point out. If you have any request I'd be happy to build it, even for you.

Oh but you knew. That card is up on anon's blog, and the screen you shared up there originally included her, among other girls, if I remember correctly.

Yes there are many others. I liked this one the most and there was someone else wanted the readhead. I was going to share others too but this one didn't get any attention later so I thought people didn't demand others at all. Or simply forgot them.
There were two screens shared on /hsg/ about one or two months ago, I'm not sure. Two of the cards from those screens were shared (elf, black and blue ones) later but the one, similar to this one, never did.
Anons wanted her but there wasn't any response from the original card owner. If it would lessen your pain I used some other face as a base instead of blue since using blue was very cheap and it wasn't accurate no matter what. It wasn't any particularly important face and the source was annoymous and taken from 2chan card pack.
Happy now?
