This card was made with a card image editor... the girl doesn't look like that at all in game.
Face is actually pretty bad.

Not as bad as full-blown horrible troll cards, but definitely a bullshit card.

Yeah it's not that kind of obvious "nightmare face" I meant when I said it was bad.

It's just that the card creator cheated by using the studio to get the perfect angle on the perfect position under the perfect lighting to make the card look perfectly like the character in Street Fighter...
When really the actual result looks like this http://i.imgur.com/W8hW73u.png
It's not terrible but the card picture sets the bar pretty high for your expectations and you get a mediocre card in the end.

I'm just commenting on that.
I apologize if it looks like I'm giving the author too much shit but I really don't want this "bullshot card" thing to become a trend

@Anonymous 7

I wasn't going to chime in until I saw this comment. C'mon guy (or girl), there's no need to keep beating a dead horse. Anonymous 5 has already said all that needs to be said on the subject.

Look, I'm not going to argue with the fact that his card is significantly touched up in the HS studio and that the actual character model doesn't look quite as nice. But just put yourself in his shoes for a minute:

1) anubis2016 has been a regular contributor on this site for the past month. He's been sharing tons of good stuff. For free. For everyone's benefit. Why would you want him to stop (i.e. bashing him)?
2) Just like many of the contributors on this site (I would assume), he just wants some acknowledgment for his hard work. And making an attractive looking card is the best way to go about doing that. Say, how many of you casual browsers out there are actually looking for diamonds in the rough (cards where the actual character model is way better looking than the card itself)? If I were in your shoes I'd take the best looking cards (from a glance) and move on with my life. Who has the time to check every card by loading it up in the actual game?
3) I would argue that his ability to make his character model look that good in the card is a skill in itself. It's an important part of the character model presentation, and he's damn good at it.
4) If there's disparity between the card and the actual character model (in a bad way), you're setting people up for disappointment. If people are pissed off enough, they're going to down vote you. But if you check out all his cards to date, he consistently receives positive scores. Very positive scores. This leads me to believe that the majority of the browsers don't feel cheated by the guy. He's "selling" his products with the best looking package, and people love it. This leads me to suspect that it's a small percentage of the contributors base that are envious/jealous of his success on this site and are bashing him with anonymous handles. Of course, I say the last part with no basis (since everything is anonymous after all).

Just like Anonymous 5, I definitely don't want to see "bullshit cards" becoming a trend. But even more importantly, I don't want to see this community turn toxic out of jealousy for another member's success.

Lastly, just because your work isn't properly acknowledged by the general community doesn't necessary mean that your work is bad (in fact I often find amazing pieces with zero votes). You should always be your biggest fan/critic and create simply because you like creating, not because you want to get a billion up votes. It's not a healthy way to approach this hobby (I feel).

(Alright that turned into a longer comment than I initially planned. :P)
