...however.. clothes have major 'white spot' issue due to the patterns on the outfit, at least 4 white block clipping issue no matter which angle used :|

yeah, maybe you need to turn off the third lighting option the first column of graphics setting, or just swap the cloth to something else

It is not working for me. I installed everything, but she does not appear in the game, neither her outfit, hair, etc.
