Help! I was creating scenes in HS NEO and my computer forced a restart for an update. Now when I open NEO it just gives me a black screen with the HS style arrow, but doesn't have the initial loading screen and doesn't let me do anything else. How do I fix this?

apparently your neo studio has a corrupt file, you will have to reinstall the neo studio, do not install the whole game, it is enough that you reinstall the folder StudioNEO_64_Data and .exe.

Should I back up all my stuff, reinstall neo and than copy the old folder back in? or will that bring the corrupt file back?

apparently your neo studio has a corrupt file, you will have to reinstall the neo studio, do not install the whole game, it is enough that you reinstall the folder StudioNEO_64_Data and .exe.
