Clothes mod?
I don't think any of the clothes need a mod? Aside from the bra in the sleepwear set.
If you're talking about the set in the thumbnail it's a black tennis top with a shrine maiden skirt (the back part is just a cardigan).

I'll ask even though it's probably a stupid question, but the clothing state isn't set to "naked" is it.
Aside from that try installing the HF patch maybe:

There's also a pretty heavy duty all-in-one (as of whenever it was created) mod on the site (I forgot where it was exactly) which might help.
If anything gets buggy just reuse the HF patch and everything should work out fine.
