My beach map for Studio NEO. The map separated into two areas: the beach and waterfall.
As a feature you can disable beach furniture and structures leaving the landcape only.
In Workspace go to MAP/Beach and disable the "beach furniture" map.
The map is built with vanilla items only. No mods required.
