Here's my take on the character, Wanda, from the long running Nickelodeon cartoon, Fairly Odd Parents. The outfit you see in the card is set under casual clothes. Best used with wideslider.
Reuploaded because I messed up the alignment of her wings

Made more adjustments to the card, slight wing realignment and changed pubes color to pink
