Already got the mods from the mega link and FlashBangZ, still.. the eyebrows and hair do not load properly.. did I miss any mods?

That should be it.
Did you try reloading the card or manually applying the eyebrows?
If not maybe try the Sideloader modpack instead:

As a side note, if it seems like you have too many mods installed, after you startup the game go inside the mods folder and highlight and delete everything (skipping everything in "use" of course).
Not sure if I got lucky or if it's a viable way to clean things out, but it got rid of all the duplicates for me and helped with loading times (might also explain why some mods don't show up for some people).
Make sure to test things out before you permanently delete them of course.

Thanks a lot! Turns out you are right. I manually apply the eyebrows and it's all good now. I don't believe it's an issue with the card as much as it's just the game being weird.
Props to your advice, the game is a lot smoother now.
