This uses accessories from yamadamod acchairS, ahogeKai, acchairF2, acchairB. You probably have these, but the accesories used are from conflicting slots (caused when a mod is isntalled twice).

A quick fix is to install those mods into your main directory, and then also use the sideloader version. This will make them conflict and cause them to display correctly.

To deconflict the card, find the duplicate file for each accessory.
