Something is fishy. The upvote count is simply too high for just one day. Not saying the card is bad, but even the other cards with a high upvote count have gathered them over a long period of time. What's more, that card uses mods extensively, and many gamers who don't want to install many mods won't even be able to judge the card in-game and therefore have no reason to blindly upvote. And if it was just about Bowsette, the other Bowsette cards would have a high upvote count as well, which is not the case.
You didn't just reconnect your router over and over again, did you?

This card is just AMAAAAZING, and beyond doubt, me, and other who tried this card, have seen why it deserves a thumbs up. Don't mind the negative comments, there are always those who are for some stupid reasons jealous of other ppl.

get the sideloader modpack and also check the Converted Mods folder. Sort by date and find the newest added mods because some might be still missing in the modpack.
Also for those who don't know, there is this site which you can use to find out what mods a character card is using: koikoi.happy.nu/mod_detector/

Apology for the inconveniences.
Back there I was using the "Hard Mod",
until BepInEx & its plugins had a major update.
That's when the "Sideloader" came in.
Pros & Cons about Sideloader
Pro: Simple instruction. No risk of messing up your game data.
Con: Extremely long loading time.
Tried to reverse the update, but it didn't work for some reason.
That's why I suggest downloading the Sideloader Mod Pack.
