Oh right, in order to download character cards off of Pixiv, you need to (after opening the gallery of course)
click on the button that shows 2 arrows going in opposite directions next to the character card you want to download, then just right click and save-as wherever you want
(make sure it's an actual character card, and make sure it's a png you're downloading).
