Not sure if you care, but I've been trying to find some chubby tech and this seems to be the best way, though it works best in studioneo.

and make sure to have HPSE. You can adjust the waist, pelvis, and hip ratio more accurately to give a bit more of a pouch look to the belly. I know it's a real pain in the ass to get this shit right in HS, but I hope this helps ya. I'll upload the scene for ya, just in case you want a more indepth look to it.
