aight so this uses a custom mod made by me
step 1: dl this unity3d file https://gofile.io/?c=rFGGwe
step 2: drop it in your Koikatu\abdata\chara folder and overwrite

NOTE: this will replace the "cute nurse cap" item in head accessories so you might want to make a backup of the "ao_head_01"

oh and apparently the site renamed the file so you need to change that back from ao-head-01.unity3d
