I don't know how it is called exactly, but is a mod for adding overlays to the clothes, so you can edit cloth's textures, including some transparencies. It comes with Marco's koikatsu HF patch or with the BetterRepack editions of the game packed by screwthisnoise, I don't have the urls, but they are not hard to find. If you DL any of them you will have it.
