Add the new style for this cutie and his costume in SF Alpha

So: DLC is required, most of mod come from there.
Search for MCM Chunli Set for Accesories
And Search on google for Chun-li character model for the bang.

However that all you need with all the basics like weight slider and etc.

Ah yeah, 4k skin diffuse is used here, but its should work without it.

I actually use a laptop and the skin run smooth without lag.
