I was surprised to see no Rangiku in this board yet, so here she is. Only needs Wide Slider, and Snooley's coiffure mod to work - http://www.hongfire.com/forum/fo...air-pieces-for-your-girls
If only there was an open-cleavage soul reaper gown mod, Rangiku's outfit set here would be complete. Her general appearance here is mostly based off GADEN's CG work.

No idea, but it should be known that I have the EMF patch installed, so her face type is probably part of that pack.
