the penis isnt working, any way to fix it?

You need the futa mod. The boy character is actually female, so there's no option to turn on the penis. You can get the ([ante] SOS cock) mod and just add it into the scene. I was going to animate the scene, so I just replaced it with a male character and scaled it down. If you want to add animations, it's probably better to just replace the character since you won't get the male animations otherwise.
